Can I try before I commit?
Yes — we offer a free intro session for all new members. Come in, meet the coaches, try a workout, and decide if Harbor Bells is right for you.
What if I need to pause my membership?
Life happens. We offer flexible hold options for members who need to pause due to travel, injury, or other circumstances.
Do you offer nutrition coaching separately?
Nutrition guidance is included in Semi-Private and above. Standalone nutrition coaching is available — contact us for details.
